Create a virtual sponsor or exhibitor experience

Combine sponsor placements, booths, packages, and sessions into a clear attendee experience.

Written by Benjamin Dell

HeySummit Sponsor Booths give each participating brand a dedicated page inside your event. Combine those pages with selective sponsor placements, resources, chat, and sponsored sessions to create an exhibitor experience that fits your programme.

Plan what each sponsor receives

  1. Add the sponsor under Content > Sponsorship > Sponsors.

  2. Choose where the sponsor appears: the landing page, email footer, blog posts, and relevant category, talk, or stage pages.

  3. Enable a Sponsor Booth when the sponsor needs a dedicated page with a fuller description, links, an intro video, resources, offers, or private attendee messages.

  4. Add a sponsored talk, panel, workshop, or networking session when live participation is part of the package.

Offer sponsorship packages when needed

Under Revenue > Sponsor Packages, you can define package descriptions, prices, placements, and whether a booth and chat inbox are included. If Sponsor Applications are enabled in Event Setup, applicants can choose an active package and your team can review each application before a sponsor record is created.

Build and test the attendee journey

  • Follow Add and manage sponsors for sponsor records and placements.

  • Follow Enable a Sponsor Booth for the dedicated sponsor page.

  • Check the experience while signed out and with an attendee account. Confirm that placements are relevant, booth links and downloads work, and chat is available only where you intended.

  • If a booth or package control is unavailable, check whether the required feature is included in your current plan.
