Sponsors can help promote your event and give partner brands visibility on your event website and in emails. Add a clear profile, then choose where each sponsor appears.
Add or edit a sponsor
Go to Sponsors > All Sponsors and select Add Sponsor. To edit an existing sponsor, open its Actions > Manage Sponsor.
Use the Details, Placement, Booth and Media tabs. You can finish with Save on Media, or use Save and Close on an earlier tab.
Add sponsor details
On Details, add the brand name, descriptions, company website, primary contact and public social links. Optional Custom Categories can label a brand as Gold Sponsor, Technology Partner or Media Partner. Keep Is Active? on for public display. Once a sponsor has dashboard access, their contact details are locked in this organiser form; use Actions > Replace Contact if the representative changes.
Choose prominence and placement
Sponsor prominence is separate from placement. Standard sponsor displays distinguish Primary and Supporting sponsors. Filtered or grouped Sponsor Grid blocks keep their own layout. Website sponsor components can also choose which prominence to show.
Enable Landing page, Email footer and Blog posts separately as needed.
Enable Show on category pages, Show on session pages or Show on stage pages. Use the corresponding Restrict to specific selector to limit those placements. Leaving the selector empty means all pages of that enabled type.
Older sponsors may show a notice about appearing on pages without specific sponsors. Changing and saving their placement controls replaces that legacy fallback with the selected placements.
Complete the booth and media
On Booth, enable a dedicated sponsor page and optional Chat Inbox when Sponsor Booths are available on your plan. Invite the sponsor contact after saving if they need dashboard access. See Enable a Sponsor Booth.
On Media, add the primary logo, an optional version for dark backgrounds, Logo Shape, page header, sidebar banner, social sharing image, gallery, resources and optional intro video.
Save the sponsor, then check the relevant public pages. Creating sponsors is subject to your account's sponsor allowance.
Filter a Sponsor Grid
For a page that already uses a Sponsor Grid, open Edit Page, select that block and open Properties. Under Sponsors to Show, choose Sponsors in selected categories. Select event categories, sponsor categories or both. A sponsor matches any selected category, subject to the block's sponsor-type exclusions. Existing grids show all eligible sponsors until you set filters. An empty category selection in category mode shows no sponsors.
Manage categories and event settings
Use Sponsors > Categories to add or edit sponsor categories. Drag the handle to change their order; Sponsor Grids grouped by sponsor category follow it.
Open Event Settings > Payments & Partners > Sponsor Settings for the public sponsor prompt and sidebar sponsor visibility.
Where a page's editor exposes Hide Sponsors? under Additional Settings, use it to hide that page's main sponsor display.
Logo changes also queue refreshed promotional images and cached email bodies. Allow those assets to regenerate before checking them.
