Start with HeySummit's sponsor placement controls so attendees meet sponsors in the parts of your event where they are most relevant. You can then use a Sponsor Booth or custom page when a sponsor needs a fuller destination.
Choose sponsor placements
Go to Content > Sponsorship > Sponsors, add or edit the sponsor, and choose one or more placements. A sponsor can appear on the landing page, in email footers, on blog posts, or on selected category, talk, and stage pages. Add and manage sponsors explains the sponsor details, placement, booth, and media steps.
Give a sponsor a dedicated destination
If Sponsor Booths are included in your plan, enable the booth to create a dedicated sponsor page. Add a clear description, website and social links, optional intro video, resources, offers, and a chat inbox when private attendee messages are appropriate. See Enable a Sponsor Booth for the focused setup steps.
Make the destination easy to find
Use relevant landing-page, category, talk, or stage placements instead of showing every sponsor everywhere.
Use a custom page when you need a directory or editorial introduction to several sponsors. See Add a header link or custom page.
Use the sponsor's booth chat, website, offer, or resource links for opt-in follow-up rather than promising attendee data or unverified lead capture.
Preview the event while signed out and confirm every sponsor logo, page, link, and download works.
