A Sponsor Booth gives a sponsor a dedicated public page with their description, logo, links, media, offers and giveaways. An optional Chat Inbox lets attendees send private messages. Your plan must include Sponsor Booths; without it, the Booth tab shows upgrade guidance instead of activation controls.
Enable the booth
Go to Sponsors > All Sponsors.
Open the sponsor's Actions > Manage Sponsor, then Booth.
Choose Yes. Turn on Chat Inbox? is on by default; turn it off if attendees should not message this sponsor.
Select Save and Close, or complete Media and select Save.
Invite the sponsor
Add the sponsor representative's name and email in Details before saving. Use Actions > Send Login Details when you are ready to send the invitation. Sending is unavailable during a trial, for an archived event or hibernated account, without booth entitlement, with the booth off, or without a linked contact and email. The sponsor invite email, Please check your sponsor details, must be enabled and your email sender must work.
What sponsors can manage
Invited sponsors can update their profile, public links, gallery, resources and intro video, and manage offers and giveaways from their dashboard.
They can read organiser-provided Swipe Copy and use Media Assets made available to them. They do not edit the organiser's shared library from these pages.
With Chat Inbox enabled, they can read and reply to attendee messages. Invite the contact so they can access the inbox.
Check the public destination
Use Actions > Preview Sponsor Booth after enabling it. Standard sponsor logos link to the booth while it is enabled. With the booth off, they link to the sponsor's external URL when one is set. The sponsor must be active for public booth access. Resource files and links may have ticket restrictions; unrestricted resources can be public. Review those restrictions before sharing sensitive material.
