Use the sidebar sponsor prompt to invite prospective sponsors to apply online or enquire by email. Hiding this prompt does not remove existing sponsors or change their logo placements.
Go to Event Settings > Payments & Partners > Sponsor Settings.
Choose Apply Online for package applications, or Enquire via Email for an enquiry to your event support address.
Turn Show Public Sponsor Prompt? on or off, then Save.
Choose the application route
Online applications need at least one active sponsor package. Active paid packages also require an active supported payment provider before you can enable applications. When applications are enabled and packages are available, the sidebar prompt links to Apply now. Otherwise it uses the email enquiry link. The application link in the website footer is separate and can remain when the sidebar prompt is hidden. Show Sponsors In The Sidebar? is a different setting for existing sponsor displays.
Edit the wording
Go to Event Settings > General > Content Translations.
Search for Want to sponsor this event? or Contact Us.
Edit the relevant translation and use that row's Save button. The online link uses Apply now instead of the email link.
