Use the public sponsor prompt to invite prospective sponsors to apply online or contact your event team. You can hide the prompt without removing any sponsors already shown on your event site.
Show or hide the prompt
Go to Content > Sponsors and open Settings.
Turn Show Public Sponsor Prompt? on or off.
Choose Apply Online if you want sponsors to choose an active package and submit an application. Choose Enquire via Email if you want the prompt to open an email to your event support address.
Save your changes.
This setting controls only the public prompt. It does not remove existing sponsors or change where their logos appear.
Edit the wording
Go to Content > Translations and search for Want to sponsor this event? or Contact Us. Edit the text you want to change, then save it. When online applications are enabled, the prompt uses an Apply now link instead of the email link.
