Bundling giveaways lets you run one combined prize draw for the giveaways in your event instead of selecting winners separately for each individual giveaway.

Use this when you want the giveaways promoted together, such as one event-wide bundle of prizes, rather than treating every giveaway as its own separate draw.

Create the giveaway perks you want to include first:

Giveaways can be event-wide, linked to a speaker, or linked to a specific talk, depending on how you attribute them when you create the perk.

Bundled giveaways use the event giveaway settings. In Setup > General > Giveaway Settings, you can decide whether winners are generated automatically, set an optional Event/Bundle winner date & time, and control whether attendance is required before someone can win.

If Automatically Generate Giveaway Winners? is turned off, winners are not processed automatically. Use the Generate Winners action from Content > Offers and Giveaways when you are ready to choose winners manually.

If Only Select Winners From Attendees Who Attended? is enabled, bundled giveaway winners must have attended at least one talk from the event. You can also choose which attendance types count, such as live broadcast, replay, or in-person attendance.

You can also use Allow Attendees to Win More Than One Giveaway? to decide whether the same attendee can win more than once across giveaways in the event.
