Bundling combines your event’s giveaways into one prize draw. The steps below cover one bundle for one winner. Use an explicit draw date and time for automatic selection.
Create the prizes
Go to Marketing > Offers & Giveaways and select Add Offer or Giveaway. In the Add a perk window, choose Create a new perk.
On Details, choose Giveaway and enter its title and description.
Review Visibility, Provider, and Redemption and winners, then save. Repeat for each prize you want to include.
Set up one bundle
On Marketing > Offers & Giveaways, open Giveaway Settings.
Under Bundle Options, set Bundle All Giveaways Into One? to Yes.
Set Qty Bundles Available? to 1. You can optionally enter Total Giveaway Value to show a value during registration.
Review the winner timing and eligibility settings below, then select Save.
Use one bundle for this workflow. Increasing the quantity does not reliably produce additional bundle awards currently. If you need several bundle winners, contact HeySummit support before announcing the draw.
Choose when the winner is selected
For an automatic draw, leave Automatically Generate Giveaway Winners? enabled and enter an explicit date and time in Winner for Event Giveaways (or Bundle) To Be Generated At?. Do not rely on the blank-field description promising 24 hours after the event ends.
For manual selection, turn automatic generation off and save. When available, use the giveaway’s Actions > Generate Winners. Confirm only when you are ready: it selects the winner and sends related emails.
Review who can win
Bundled draws use event-wide eligibility. Individual prizes’ ticket restrictions do not restrict the bundle winner, so do not use a bundle when each prize needs its own ticket-restricted draw.
If Only Select Winners from Attendees Who Attended? is enabled, review Attendance Type Required. Live or replay attendance can be from any session in the event; in-person eligibility requires a scanned event ticket and in-person mode.
Allow Attendes to Win More Than One Giveaway? controls whether previous event giveaway winners can win again. Winners still need to meet the event’s eligibility rules.
