One HeySummit user account can be linked to several speaker or sponsor profiles in the same event. Access depends on which records are linked to that account. Organiser previews and ordinary speaker or sponsor access behave differently.
Switch profiles in an organiser preview
From Content & Schedule > Presenters, open a presenter’s Actions > Presenter Dashboard. For sponsors, open the sponsor record’s Actions > Sponsor Dashboard.
In the preview, select the active profile name near the top of the left sidebar, below the event name.
Choose another profile from the menu. The dashboard and profile-specific content change to that profile.
If you are a speaker or sponsor
You can access only the profiles linked to your own user account. The current speaker and sponsor profile menus can return to the first linked profile instead of selecting the name you chose. If this happens, ask the event organiser for a dashboard link for the specific profile. You still need to sign in with the account linked to that profile; a dashboard URL does not grant access by itself.
What belongs to the selected profile?
Check the active name before editing. Profile details, sessions, offers and giveaways, media assets and available insights can depend on the selected profile. Swipe copy, FAQs and some resources can be shared across the event. Available areas also depend on the event’s settings. If a profile is missing, ask the organiser to check its linked account and the dashboard you are using.
