A single HeySummit user account can be linked to more than one speaker profile or sponsor profile in the same event. This is useful when one person manages several speakers, several sponsors, or a combination of assigned profiles.
When that user opens the Speaker Dashboard or Sponsor Dashboard, HeySummit shows a profile selector near the top of the dashboard sidebar. They can choose the profile they want to manage without logging out and back in.
What changes when they switch profiles?
The dashboard updates to the selected speaker or sponsor profile. That means profile details, talks, offers and giveaways, swipe copy, media assets, FAQs, and available insights are shown for the selected profile where those areas are enabled for the event.
Who can see multiple profiles?
Speakers and sponsors see the speaker or sponsor records linked to their own user account for the event.
Event organizers and staff previewing the dashboards can switch between the event's speaker or sponsor records.
If someone cannot see the profile they expect, check that the correct user account is linked to that speaker or sponsor record and that they are using the right dashboard.
