Change sponsor logo size

Written by Jerica

After adding sponsor logos, you may want to adjust how large they appear on your event pages. Logo display is affected by both the event theme setting and the shape of the uploaded logo file.

Change the event-wide sponsor logo size

Open the Theme Editor, go to App Settings, and change Sponsor Logo Size. This setting controls the default sponsor logo size used across sponsor grids, page headers, and sidebar sponsor areas.

Set the shape for an individual sponsor logo

If a sponsor has a square logo, open Content > Sponsors, edit the sponsor, and go to the Media tab. Set Logo Shape to Square. Leave it as Default (Wide) for horizontal logos.

This helps HeySummit apply better padding in sponsor grids so square logos do not look too small next to wide logos.

Check the logo file itself

Whitespace around the original image affects how large the logo looks after upload. If a logo still looks too small, crop extra whitespace from the image file and upload it again.

Landscape or square logos usually display best. Portrait-style logos can be difficult to read in sponsor grids; for those, consider using the Sidebar Promo Banner field on the sponsor's Media tab, which is designed for a wider promotional image on the sponsor detail page sidebar.
