You can cancel your HeySummit subscription, but there is no option to pause it without changing the plan. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until the closing date shown in Billing, you can continue using the account.
What happens when the account closes?
When the subscription ends, its paid features stop and attendees lose access to the event sites and content covered by that subscription, including replays. Separately purchased one-off events follow their own access terms; contact support if you are unsure how a cancellation affects them. Export any information you need before closing the account. You can return to HeySummit later, but recovery of your previous event data is not guaranteed.
Options if you want to return later
To keep attendee access and replays available, consider downgrading to a paid plan that supports your event’s features and allowances.
The Maintenance Plan (hibernation) keeps organiser access to your data at a reduced monthly price, but attendees cannot access your events while the account is in hibernation.
If cancellation is scheduled and you change your mind before the closing date, open Billing, select Don’t Cancel, then Restore. This continues the subscription and future billing.
