If you're wondering whether you can white label HeySummit or use your account to run events for clients. The short answer is yes, but there are a few important things to keep in mind.
What does white labelling mean?
White labelling means removing HeySummit branding from your event site and emails, specifically the “Powered by HeySummit” tags in the footer. This can help you present a more custom or neutral experience to your attendees and clients.
Can I use my account for client events?
Yes, you can. As long as you're not on one of our older unlimited plans (see our Fair Usage Policy), you’re welcome to run events on behalf of clients using your account. Just make sure you’re staying within your plan’s limits, and upgrade if and when you need to.
Important Things To Note:
You can’t claim to own the HeySummit platform.
Even if you remove the branding, there will still be some visible traces of HeySummit (like in the terms and conditions).
If you’re referring to the platform in contracts, proposals, or marketing materials, it needs to be clear that you’re using HeySummit to power the events.
So while you can use your account to run client events and remove HeySummit branding, you can’t present the platform as your own.
