HeySummit lets you schedule multiple talks for the same time. Whether those talks can all run live depends on the webinar or streaming provider you use, the capabilities of your provider account, and the host or connection assigned to each talk.
Before you schedule overlapping talks
Check your provider's current rules for simultaneous meetings, webinars, live streams, and hosts.
Make sure each talk is assigned to a webinar host or stream connection that can be active at that time.
If your provider requires separate licensed users, hosts, accounts, or channels, configure those before the event.
Preview and test each talk separately, then run a short concurrent test using the same provider setup you will use on the day.
Zoom example
Zoom's concurrency rules differ by account, licence, meeting type, and host setup. Check Zoom's current guidance for hosting multiple meetings simultaneously instead of assuming that every Zoom host can run overlapping sessions.
If a provider connection or host is not ready in HeySummit, see Troubleshoot webinar host connections.
