You can choose to automatically send calendar invites to speakers when talk times are assigned or updated. This gives you more control over when speakers are notified while helping ensure schedules are clearly communicated.
This improves reliability by reducing the chance of missed sessions and helps you identify speakers who may be missing an email address. It also provides clearer visibility into whether calendar invites have been successfully sent.
You can find this option in Speaker Settings, and invite status is visible when sending calendar invites from a talk.
