Use Expire on a date when a ticket, add-on or donation should stop giving access after a specific date and time. This is useful for limited-time access, replay windows or perks that should end at a fixed deadline.
Set a fixed access expiry
Go to Ticketing & Payments > Tickets, Add-ons & Donations.
Open the Tickets, Add-ons or Donations tab, then create or manage the relevant item.
Open Access. Under Access expiration, select Expire on a date.
Enter the date and exact time when access should end.
Under What access should expire?, choose whether the expiry applies to event content, media and/or perks, then save the item.
Access expiry is different from a sale window
Expire on a date controls access after the attendee has claimed or purchased the item. It does not control when the item can be bought. To schedule a ticket price's checkout availability, edit the price on Pricing and set its Availability to Date range. See Limited-Time Discount on Ticket Prices.
Existing purchases
HeySummit copies access settings onto a purchase when the item is claimed or bought. New purchases use later expiry changes, but existing purchases keep their copied settings unless you sync them. See Changing Permissions on a Ticket After It's Been Claimed. Access-expiry controls are part of Advanced Ticketing, so they may be disabled or unavailable when the current plan does not include that feature.
