Use date-based ticket prices when you want a price to appear only for a limited period, such as an early-bird price, a short promotion, or a standard price that starts after another price ends.
This creates a separate ticket price with its own availability window. It is different from a coupon code or bulk discount: attendees see whichever ticket price is active for the date and time they are checking out.
Open the ticket
From your event dashboard, go to Ticketing & Payments > Tickets, Add-ons & Donations, then open the Tickets tab.
Open the (...) menu next to the ticket, then select Manage Ticket.
Choose the price to schedule
Open Pricing. To change an existing price, select its pencil icon (Edit this price). To move between prices over time, select Add price for another price point.
Set the availability window
In the price editor, set the amount. Under Price timing, set Availability to Date range.
Set the From date for when this price should become active and visible to attendees. Set the To date for when it should stop being active. The To date is inclusive: a price ending on September 5 remains available until 11:59 pm on September 5 in your event timezone.
Select Update when editing an existing price, or Add when adding a new price, to return to the ticket. Repeat for any other price points you want to schedule.
Select Save and Close to save the ticket and its prices.
