Use Attendee Emails to Auto-Promote as Moderators when you want specific attendees to help moderate a HeySummit interactive broadcast without manually promoting them during the session.
Go to Event Setup > Talk & Replay Experience, then add each moderator attendee email address under Attendee Emails to Auto-Promote as Moderators. Add one email address per line.
When someone joins the interactive broadcast using an email address from that list, HeySummit gives them moderator access for the chat experience. Moderators can help manage Chat, Q&A, and Polls right away.
This setting is useful for people who should moderate as attendees rather than as event team members. Team members with event dashboard access can already moderate the chat experience.
