Use the custom HTML fields when you need to add your own embed, widget, message, survey, slides, or other HTML around a talk broadcast experience.
Add HTML to a talk
Go to Content > Talks in your event dashboard.
Open the row action menu for the talk you want to update.
Select Advanced Settings.
In the Interactive Features section, add your code to the field that matches when it should appear.
Select Save.
Choose the right field
Custom HTML Under Video (Live & Replay) appears under the video while the broadcast is live and when attendees watch the replay.
Custom HTML Under Header Pre-Broadcast appears beneath the broadcast header before the video player becomes available. This is useful for countdowns, sponsor messages, pre-show instructions, or other content you want attendees to see before the broadcast starts.
After saving, preview the talk before your session starts so you can check the layout and make sure the embedded content behaves the way you expect.
