Use the custom HTML fields to add a trusted embed, widget, message, survey or slides around a session broadcast. These fields require your plan’s live chat features; they are disabled when that feature is unavailable.
Add HTML to a session
Go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Open the session’s Actions > Advanced Settings.
Under Interactive Features, paste your trusted code into the field for the intended view.
Select Save, then preview the session before sharing it.
Choose the right field
Custom HTML (Under Video During Broadcast) appears under the video in live and replay views. It is also the fallback before the broadcast when the pre-broadcast field is empty.
Custom HTML (Under Header Pre-Broadcast) replaces that content beneath the broadcast header before the broadcast starts. Use it for a countdown, sponsor message or pre-show instructions.
Check the intended preview view and the provider’s embed behavior. Only paste code from a source you trust.
