Embed a recorded Prezi Video in a HeySummit pre-recorded session. Use the full iframe code through Embed Code; Prezi is not a named HeySummit video provider. This guide covers a recorded video, not a live Prezi presentation.
Copy the Prezi embed code
Open the video from your Prezi Video dashboard. The cogwheel on the thumbnail opens its admin page.
Choose the Embed icon under the video window, or find Embed in Sharing and privacy.
Adjust dimensions if needed and copy the full code. The current admin popup uses Copy, then Done.
See Prezi’s official embedding guide. On a public video view page, the Embed icon and Copy code to clipboard provide the same iframe code. Review your video’s sharing and privacy settings for the intended audience.
Add it to HeySummit
Open Content & Schedule > Sessions. Find the session and choose Actions > Manage Session.
Open Broadcast. Set Broadcast Type to Pre-recorded and Provider to Embed Code.
Paste the full trusted snippet in Paste your Custom Embed code, then select Save and Close.
Use organiser Preview to check the player and layout, then check the normal session page separately with an existing authorised attendee. Organiser preview can bypass HeySummit ticket checks and scheduled seeking. Provider access settings still apply. If Prezi blocks access, check sharing settings rather than changing the video ID.
