Use Copy Broadcast Links when you need to manually share or troubleshoot the join links for a talk. HeySummit normally sends the right links by email, so this is mainly a backup tool for organisers and team members.
Go to Content > Talks, open the dropdown for the talk, and choose Copy Broadcast Links. This opens a sidebar with copy buttons for the links available on that talk.
Depending on the talk setup, the sidebar can include host, speaker, panelist, moderator, and attendee links. For live webinar talks, the host start URL and general attendee broadcast URL appear when the webinar provider has generated them.
Attendees usually receive their own join links in reminder emails. If you copy and share a general attendee broadcast URL instead, the attendee may be asked to register or sign in again, so keep reminder emails on whenever possible.
This action is only shown for non-on-demand events, and it is hidden for talks that have no broadcast configured.
