Sending calendar invites is a quick and easy solution to keep your event speakers on schedule. This guide will show you how to send calendar invites to your speakers for the talks they are booked into.

Head over to Content > Speakers, click the (...) next to the speaker, and select 'Send Talk Calendar Invites'.

You can also track when talk calendar invites are manually sent to a speaker, and it will indicate whether they've been sent or not.
Please note that it depends on the email platform (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to detect calendar invites and display them properly, which is beyond our control.

You can also send calendar invites for specific talks. Just go to the Content > Talks page, and for the talk you want, select the 'Send Calendar Invite(s)' option.
