You can add extra text to the calendar invite descriptions generated by HeySummit. There are separate fields for attendee calendar invites and speaker calendar invites, so you can give each audience the right instructions.
Where to add the extra details
Go to Event Setup > Settings.
Click Update Event Settings.
In Other Settings, fill in one or both fields: Extra Calendar Description for Attendees? and Extra Calendar Description for Speakers?.
Save your event settings.
How the text is used
For attendees, HeySummit appends this extra text to event, talk, and stage calendar descriptions. Use it for attendee-facing joining instructions, reminders, access notes, or anything else that should appear in attendee calendar files.
For speakers, HeySummit appends the speaker extra text to speaker talk calendar invites. Use it for speaker-facing preparation notes, arrival instructions, technical reminders, or private host instructions.
The extra text is added after the normal event or talk description, separated by a divider in the calendar description.
