How to Add Extra Details to Attendee & Speaker Calendar Invites

You can add an optional extra description to calendar invites for both attendees and speakers. This is a great way to include important details, reminders, or instructions to ensure everyone has the information they need.

To set this up, go to Setup > Update Event Settings, where you'll find two fields that allow you to customize the extra descriptions for calendar invites.
