Use Layout Mode to choose how tickets are displayed on the checkout ticket-selection page. This setting affects the page attendees use to choose tickets during registration.
To change it, open your event's ticket-selection checkout page while logged in as an organiser, then select Edit Page from the page controls. In the page settings, choose a layout mode:
Stacked: ticket cards are shown vertically, with the order summary and checkout actions in the sidebar on wider screens.
Grid: ticket cards are arranged side by side where space allows, making it easier for attendees to compare ticket options. The checkout actions use a compact floating panel at the bottom of the page.
Grid layout is designed for the ticket-selection step. If your checkout first asks attendees to enter their email address before showing tickets, HeySummit keeps the standard stacked checkout layout until the ticket cards are visible.
If you also want to control whether ticket descriptions are shortened or shown in full, use the separate Show Full Ticket Description? setting for the same checkout page.
