Use a Bunny Stream recording for a pre-recorded session or replay. The named bunny.net source needs both the library ID and video ID.
Find the embed URL
Open your Bunny Stream library and select the processed video.
Copy its embed URL from the video details. The format is https://player.mediadelivery.net/embed/video_library_id/video_id.
You can paste that full embed URL in HeySummit, or just the two-part value video_library_id/video_id. For example: 261922/7626b92b-e732-4dad-bece-875d3156d881.
Use your own video’s values. A direct-play URL containing /play/ does not provide the supported embed path; use /embed/ or the two IDs. See Bunny’s official embedding guide.
Add the recording in HeySummit
Open Content & Schedule > Sessions > Actions > Manage Session.
In Broadcast, choose Pre-recorded. For a separate replay, use Replay, set Will There Be a Replay? to Yes, then Choose another if a broadcast recording is already being used.
Choose bunny.net, paste the embed URL or two-part ID, review playback options, and select Save and Close.
Check access and signed links
Review Bunny’s allowed domains and other library security settings for your actual event domain, including a custom domain when used. The named bunny.net source keeps the two IDs and does not preserve a pasted URL’s signature or expiry parameters. If your library requires embed-view token authentication, that native source cannot supply the required token. For a complete trusted Bunny iframe snippet with a valid token and expiry, choose HeySummit’s Embed Code provider instead. The token must still be valid when attendees watch; HeySummit does not renew it.
Preview and attendee access
Use the session’s Preview action and select the relevant pre-recorded or replay view. Confirm the video loads and plays while signed in as an event team member. Check the normal session page separately with an existing authorised attendee: organiser preview can bypass HeySummit ticket checks and scheduled seeking. Provider access settings still apply.
