When HeySummit comments are enabled, you can stop attendees from adding new comments after a talk finishes while keeping the existing discussion visible.
Turn off new comments after the broadcast
Go to Content > Talks.
Open the actions menu for the talk and select Advanced Settings.
Under Interactive Features, turn on No Comments After Broadcast?.
Save the change.
What attendees see
Before the talk finishes, attendees can add comments normally.
After the talk finishes, the new-comment form is hidden.
Comments already posted remain visible.
Delete a comment
Event organisers and staff can remove an individual comment from the public talk page. Select the trash icon beside the comment, then confirm the deletion.
