Header links control the main navigation on your public event site. You can build a page in HeySummit, link to another website, use a predefined action, or nest a link under an existing menu item.
Add the link
Go to Website > Header & Footer Links > Header Links.
Choose Add Page and enter a Title. Choose a Parent if this link belongs in a dropdown.
Under Link destination, choose Event page to build content in HeySummit, External URL to enter another website's full URL, or Action to select a Predefined action.
For an event page, review the Slug generated from the title and adjust it if needed.
Review Active?, Include on Coming Soon Page? and Exclude from Main Nav?. Custom pages also have ticket access restrictions. Hiding a link does not make the page private.
Choose Add Page.
Add content to an event page
On the Header Links list, select Open page builder on the custom page's row. Actions > Edit Page edits the link settings instead.
In the page editor, use Blocks for the structure, Components to add content and Properties for the selected block. These tabs appear on pages that support block editing. Page contains page-level settings.
Review the finished page and choose Exit Page Editor.
