Customise your event page design and layout

Use the Page Editor, Theme Editor, and Branding & Content settings to shape your public event site.

HeySummit separates page content, shared theme styling, and event branding so you can change the right layer without rebuilding the whole site.

Edit a page's content and layout

  1. From the event dashboard, open Manage and choose Edit Landing Page. You can also open another editable event page and choose Edit Page.

  2. Use Blocks to reorder, duplicate, hide, copy, or delete sections.

  3. Use Components to add content, and use Properties after selecting a block or component.

  4. Use Page for page-level layout, background, navigation, header, and footer settings.

  5. Check the desktop, tablet, and mobile preview sizes, then choose Exit Page Editor when you are finished.

Change the shared event theme

Open Manage > Edit Theme when you want to change styling used across the event site. The Theme Editor includes the base theme, colours, button colours, fonts, navigation, header, footer, and other shared design settings. Page-specific settings can override the theme on an individual page.

Update logos, sharing images, and brand content

Go to Event Setup > Settings > Branding & Content to manage your main and white logos, favicon, social sharing images, strapline, social hashtag, website and social links, and optional Custom CSS. Custom CSS availability depends on your plan, and HeySummit cannot troubleshoot custom code.

Use the separate tools for banners and wording

  • Use Event Setup > Settings > Promo Banner for a site-wide ticket or custom promotion banner.

  • Use Content > Translations to replace customer-facing system wording for this event.
