You can hide the public partner-program signup link while keeping your affiliate programme active, or disable the programme for new signups.
Hide the public signup link
Go to Event Settings > Payments & Partners > Affiliate Settings.
Turn off Signup Link Publicly Visible?.
Select Save at the top.
While the programme remains enabled, you can still share the link from Affiliates > Affiliate Signup Form directly. Hiding the footer link does not prevent people with the direct link from applying.
Disable new signups
On the same settings page, set Run an Affiliate Programme? to Disabled and Save. This closes public affiliate signup without removing existing affiliate records. Turning off Auto Set Speakers as Affiliates? also leaves existing speaker-affiliate records in place.
When the footer link appears
The partner-program footer link requires an enabled programme, public signup visibility, affiliate management on the event's plan and an event that is not free. If controls are unavailable, check your plan and financial-management access. See Setting Up an Affiliate Program for the full setup.
