Affiliate Approval Controls

You can require approval before new affiliates are accepted into your event’s affiliate program. When enabled, affiliate applications must be reviewed by an organiser before access is granted.

Organisers receive a notification when someone applies, and approved affiliates are automatically notified by email that they can access their affiliate dashboard and start promoting the event.

This helps give you more control over who can promote your event while keeping applicants informed throughout the process.

You can find this setting in your affiliate settings, and pending applications are visible from the affiliate area in your event dashboard.
