Keep selling access after your live event

Use replay access, ticket permissions, and pricing to continue selling after an event ends.

Written by Benjamin Dell

When a live event ends, you can keep the event site available and sell access to session replays. Decide which content customers should receive before you change ticket availability or pricing.

Prepare the replays

  1. Add a replay to every talk you want customers to watch. See Set up a replay for a talk.

  2. Check that the relevant tickets apply to replays and include the talks or categories you want to sell.

  3. Keep the event published and registrations open while you want new customers to buy. Do not archive it: archiving disables public pages, registration, and replay access.

Choose the access and price

You can keep one ticket for both live and replay access, or offer a separate replay-only ticket. If you use more than one price on a ticket, availability rules can control when each price is offered.

Test before promoting the offer

  • Preview the event as an attendee and confirm the replay appears only for an eligible ticket.

  • Complete a test registration or purchase using the exact ticket you plan to promote.

  • Check the ticket name and description clearly explain whether access is replay-only, time-limited, or includes other event content.
