Presenter permissions control what invited speakers can manage in their Speaker Dashboard. Tickets control attendee registration and content access. These are separate settings.
Choose presenter permissions
Go to Event Settings > Event Experience > Presenter Experience.
Review Display, Presenter Profile, Offers & Giveaways, Managing Session Details and the scheduling options. Choose the permissions your presenters need.
Select Save.
When ready, invite the presenter through Content & Schedule > Presenters > Actions > Send login details.
Under Managing Session Details, Manage Session Broadcast? and Manage Session Replay? can allow presenters to manage those parts of their own sessions. Host and webinar-integration setup, generated join links and other organiser-only controls still need the organiser. See Managing Your Speaker Settings.
Choose ticket access for attendees
Go to Ticketing & Payments > Tickets, Add-ons & Donations to manage tickets, prices and availability. Tickets can limit attendee access to sessions, categories, days or other eligible content. See Setting Up Tickets For Your Event and Advanced ticketing and ticket permissions.
Apply changes to earlier purchases
Ticket-setting changes do not automatically have to be pushed to earlier purchases. Use Sync Settings to Purchases only when existing ticket holders should receive updated restrictions or expiry rules. This can reduce access they expected when they bought or claimed the ticket.
Presenter sign-in and attendee records
An invited presenter can access the event through their presenter login without a separate attendee record. Signed-in presenters receive event-team access on public session pages, so ordinary attendee ticket checks do not determine that access. This does not create an attendee registration or ticket purchase. To give a presenter a separate attendee record, use an appropriate ticket or the optional Auto Create Attendee Record? setting under Presenter Records.
