Selling All-Access Passes for Inactive Events

If your event has finished, you may want to keep replays available while stopping new people from registering or buying tickets.

When registrations are closed, new visitors cannot go through the normal ticket checkout. Existing attendees who have already completed registration can still log in and buy additional available tickets, add-ons, or donations from their attendee account or event hub where those purchase options are shown.

This means you can continue charging existing attendees for replay access, such as an all-access pass, after closing registrations. However, you cannot keep selling that pass to brand-new attendees while registrations are closed. To sell to new attendees, registrations need to stay open, or be reopened, so new attendees can complete checkout.
