HeySummit is an event platform. It brings webinar, meeting, livestream and hosted-video sources into your event, rather than requiring one particular webinar provider. HeySummit manages the event experience around your sessions: registration, tickets, schedules, speaker access, attendee access, event pages, emails, replays, sponsors, affiliates, and reporting.

For live talks, you can connect a supported webinar provider through External Webinar Accounts, send attendees to an external URL, or embed a livestream or custom video source on the HeySummit talk page. You can also use HeyStream where your account has access. Whether attendees need a separate provider account depends on the provider and its admission settings. They normally join from the HeySummit talk page, and HeySummit controls access based on registration, ticket access, and talk visibility.

For pre-recorded talks and replays, you usually host the video somewhere else, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny.net, Wistia, or another supported video source, then add the video URL, ID, or embed code in HeySummit.
