Evergreen sessions repeat their broadcast according to a rule you choose. Your plan must include Evergreen events. A session broadcasts once unless you enable its repeat settings.
Set up a repeating session
Go to Content & Schedule > Sessions, open the session's Actions menu and choose Evergreen Settings.
Choose Enable Evergreen.
Set the Frequency and interval. You can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, including rules such as the third Monday of the month.
Optionally set an Auto repeat end date. Set Next Date Delay in hours to control how long after a broadcast HeySummit waits before creating its next date.
Choose whether to Auto Clear Registered Attendees? and Keep Replays?, then select Save.
If you keep replays, attendees only see replays for the repeated session they were registered for. To apply one repeat rule to several sessions, use Apply Evergreen Settings in Bulk actions.
Giveaways in evergreen events
Repeating a session does not reset an event-level or bundled giveaway draw. Automatic winner generation uses its own schedule and completion state. Plan giveaway timing separately from the repeating session. Go to Marketing > Offers & Giveaways > Giveaway Settings. Review automatic winner generation, the Event/Bundle winner date & time and session giveaway timing. Public giveaway visibility also follows the giveaway date, so an expired giveaway may no longer appear on the event site.
