Moderating Live Chats

Now that you've successfully activated your live chat using the provided steps, you might be wondering about moderating the discussions in this space. It's worth noting that only attendees with a ticket to the session have access to and can communicate using this feature.
Let's dive into how you can effectively manage and moderate the conversation.

  1. Make sure you're logged in as an Event Organizer, Speaker, Host, or Team Member and head to the live session page via Content > Talks > ... > Preview Page> Broadcast View. You can access the page as a Speaker through your Speaker Dashboard.

  2. To moderate a user, click a message that someone has sent, and click on the icon to the left of their name.

  3. To delete a message, then click on Delete message.
