Preview the public pages of your sessions from the Speaker Dashboard. A preview helps you check the page and configured video source; it does not start a live broadcast.
Open the session preview
Sign in using the organiser's presenter invitation and open My Sessions.
Find your session and select Preview. The session title also opens the registration preview.
Use the preview banner to choose the available views.
Choose a view
Registration View shows the public page before a visitor registers and the page registered attendees see before broadcasting.
Broadcast View, when available for the configured broadcast type, lets you inspect the broadcast view. Some providers require their own live-session testing and joining process.
Replay View shows the replay experience when a replay is planned or configured. A session with no planned replay can show Talk Finished View instead.
For Library or Course events, the video page uses Content View.
Check the video and replay
For a pre-recorded session or an available replay, check the configured player and video. Previewing a page cannot prove that a future live broadcast, camera, microphone or external provider will work. Ask the organiser about a separate live rehearsal. If the replay is planned but no video is available, the organiser/presenter preview can show the placeholder below; attendees see their own waiting message. If replays are disabled, the finished page indicates that the session has ended.
Organisers can also preview sessions under Content & Schedule > Sessions > Preview. Preview choices depend on the session's broadcast and replay configuration.
