Answers to Custom Registration Questions

If you add custom registration questions under Event Setup > Registration Fields, attendee answers are available from your reports.

To review individual answers, go to Reports > Attendees.

  1. Use the attendee search and filters if you want to find attendees with a specific answer.

  2. Click Export if you want to download the attendee CSV.

  3. In the CSV, each custom registration question is included as its own column.

You can also use Reports > Audience Insights to see aggregate results for dropdown, checkbox, and checkbox-list registration questions.

Important things to note

  • An attendee will only have an answer if they reached and submitted that question during registration.

  • If a registration field is optional, the attendee may complete registration without answering it.

  • If a question is restricted to specific tickets, attendees who were not shown that question will not have an answer for it.

  • Free-text answers are best reviewed in the attendee record or CSV export, while Audience Insights is designed for answer options that can be grouped.
