Manage your workspace public page links and subscribers

Add links to your workspace public page and manage the people subscribed to new event updates.

Written by Benjamin Dell

Workspace public pages help visitors discover your events and your organisation. You can add useful destinations to the page, choose the name shown beside Presented by, and manage the people who subscribed to new event updates from the workspace.

Open the workspace controls

  1. Open the workspace from your event switcher.

  2. In the workspace dashboard, choose Public Links or Subscribers.

Add and organise public links

  1. Open Public Links and select Add link.

  2. Enter a clear Title. Add an optional Icon.

  3. Enter a full https:// or http:// address, or a path beginning with / on your workspace domain.

  4. Leave Active enabled when the link should appear on the public workspace page, then save it.

  • Drag links to change their order.

  • Use the row actions to deactivate a link temporarily or activate it again later.

  • Only active links appear on the public workspace page. They open in a new browser tab for visitors.

Manage workspace subscribers

Open Subscribers to see people who subscribed to updates for this workspace's events. This list is separate from subscribers to an individual event's blog posts.

  • Search by email address.

  • Choose Edit subscriber to correct an address. Editing an address does not grant consent or resubscribe the person.

  • Choose Unsubscribe to stop future new-event updates for that address. Unsubscribed people remain in the list with an Unsubscribed status.

Change the public Presented by name

  1. Open Public Page Settings in the workspace dashboard.

  2. Enter a name in Presented by (public brand name).

  3. Save your changes. Leave the field blank to use the workspace name.

The Presented by name appears on the public workspace page and does not change the workspace's internal name, URL or event access.
