Private messages are easier to keep track of during your event with unread indicators across the platform. Attendees, speakers, and sponsors can see unread message badges in the event header and account menu, as well as within their inbox, where conversations are managed.
If a private message is not read within five minutes, an email reminder is sent to the recipient. This provides a backup notification when someone is away from the event page, helping ensure important messages are not missed.
