Use Replace Winner when a selected giveaway winner needs to be redrawn.
Go to Marketing > Offers & Giveaways.
Open the Winners tab.
Find the winner and choose Replace Winner from the row actions.
Confirm the replacement.
HeySummit marks the current winner as replaced and immediately selects another eligible attendee using the giveaway's current rules. The previous winner is excluded from the redraw. Ticket restrictions, attendance requirements, and your setting for whether attendees can win multiple giveaways still apply.
If no eligible replacement is available, HeySummit leaves the original winner active and shows an error. The previous winner may already have received their winner email, so contact them manually if you need to explain the change.
