Use the Replace Winner action if a selected giveaway winner needs to be redrawn.
Go to Reporting > Giveaway Winners.
Find the winner you want to replace.
Choose Replace Winner from that winner's row actions.
Confirm the replacement.
HeySummit removes the current winner from that giveaway result and immediately selects another eligible attendee using the giveaway's current rules. The previous winner is excluded from the redraw, and any ticket restrictions, attendance requirements, and your setting for whether attendees can win multiple giveaways still apply.
If no eligible replacement can be found, the original winner is restored and you'll see an error. Because the previous winner may already have received their winner email, contact them manually if you need to explain the change.
