Event hosts can assign a fixed number of base credits that are automatically added to every attendee’s certificate. These base credits appear alongside any per-talk credits earned, ensuring both event-wide participation and session-specific engagement are properly recognised.
You can modify this setting under Setup > Attendance Tracking. This helps make certificates clearer and more representative of overall involvement.
It also provides flexibility in how participation is measured and displayed, allowing event hosts to highlight both attendance across the event and contribution within individual sessions.
