Use Keep Replays In Schedule? when you want completed talks to stay visible in your main event schedule after they have been broadcast or shown.
By default, the schedule focuses on upcoming talks. Once a talk has finished, it is removed from the default schedule view and can be found through the separate Replays area instead.
When Keep Replays In Schedule? is enabled, HeySummit includes completed talks in the schedule automatically, so attendees can see the full event timeline in one place. HeySummit also hides the dedicated Replays link from event navigation because the replay content is kept with the schedule.
To turn it on, go to Event Setup > Talk & Replay Experience. In the Replays section, enable Keep Replays In Schedule?.
If you leave it off, replays continue to work as a separate area and completed talks stay out of the default schedule view.
