You can filter your attendee report by how many live sessions or replays an attendee has watched. This is useful when you want to identify highly engaged attendees, segment follow-up messages, or review event engagement after sessions have run.

In your event dashboard, go to Reports &gt; Attendees.

Use Min. Live Sessions to show attendees who have watched at least that many live broadcasts.

Use Min. Replays to show attendees who have watched at least that many replays.

Apply the filters to update the attendee list.

1. In your event dashboard, go to Reports &gt; Attendees.

3. Use Min. Live Sessions to show attendees who have watched at least that many live broadcasts.

These filters use HeySummit's attendance tracking data. They are most useful after attendees have had time to join live sessions or watch replay content.
