Zoom Meeting For Your Live Talks

You can set up a Zoom Meeting as the live broadcast for a HeySummit session.

  1. In your event dashboard, go to Content & Schedule > Sessions. Find the session, open Actions, and choose Manage Session.

  2. Open the Broadcast tab. Set Broadcast Type to Live broadcast, then choose Zoom Meeting as the provider.

  3. Under Set up Zoom Meeting, select the connected Zoom account holder. Review Choose Your Preferred Webinar Creation Mode (which defaults to creating a new Zoom meeting) and the required Webinar Delivery Mode.

  4. Continue through any remaining session steps and choose Save And Close when the session is ready.
