You can use a Tella-hosted video for a pre-recorded talk or as a replay. HeySummit accepts the Tella share URL or the video ID.
Get the Tella share link
Open the video in Tella.
Select Share, review the viewer settings, and choose Copy link. Tella's sharing guide explains its current link, embed, and viewer-access options.
Make sure the video is available to the people who should be able to watch it.
Add the video in HeySummit
In your event dashboard, go to Content > Talks.
Open the talk's ... menu and choose Manage Talk.
For a pre-recorded talk, choose Pre-Recorded in the broadcast setup. For a separate replay, open the talk's replay settings and choose a replay.
Choose tella as the provider.
Paste the full Tella share URL or the video ID, then save the talk.
Use the full embed code instead
If you want to paste Tella's complete embed code, choose Embed Code as the provider in HeySummit. Do not paste the complete code into the tella ID field.
Test the video
Use the talk's Preview action and select the relevant preview view. Confirm the video loads and plays while signed in as an event team member. If it does not, recheck the share link and Tella viewer-access settings.
