You can use a Vidyard-hosted video for a pre-recorded talk or as a replay. HeySummit accepts the Vidyard sharing-page URL or the video ID, so you do not need to edit the link or keep its query parameters.
Get the Vidyard video link
Open the video in your Vidyard library.
Select Share, then copy the direct video link. Vidyard's sharing guide shows the current provider steps.
Make sure embedding is enabled and the video's access or domain restrictions allow it to play on your HeySummit event site.
Add the video in HeySummit
In your event dashboard, go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Open the session's Actions menu and choose Manage Session.
For a pre-recorded session, open Broadcast and set Broadcast Type to Pre-recorded. For a separate replay, open Replay, keep Will There Be a Replay? set to Yes, and select Choose Another if a broadcast recording is already being used.
Choose Vidyard as the provider.
Paste the full Vidyard sharing-page URL or the video ID, then select Save and Close.
Test the video
Use the talk's Preview action and select the relevant preview view. Confirm the video loads and plays while signed in as an event team member. If playback is restricted, recheck that embedding is enabled and that your Vidyard access or domain restrictions permit the HeySummit event domain.
