Sometimes, you may have noticed that the total revenue on your Overview Dashboard doesn't quite match what you see when adding up the totals in the 'Revenue > Tickets' and 'Revenue > Add-ons' sections. This happens when you manually remove a ticket from an attendee.

By removing a ticket from an attendee, the total revenue shown for that individual ticket will be reduced by that amount. However, the Total Revenue number shown on your dashboard will continue to show the total revenue, irrespective of whether you manually removed a ticket from an attendee.
