As an event organiser, you are looking to change the commission payout of your affiliates.

If you want to manually update the commission percentage for some of your affiliates, such as setting a higher commission for your speakers, go to the Registered Affiliates section, click (...) next to the affiliate, and then click Edit Record.

Click Save and you're all set!
