Exporting information from your event

Scenario

When attendees have completed the registration process, you have gathered valuable information from them and now you would like to use this data or perhaps follow-up with them.

Do you want the list of your registered affiliates? Or your giveaway winners? Maybe you want to export your ticket sales data? Follow the steps below to access this data.

Quick Start

Attendance report for sessions

You can also export the list of attendees who watched your session 'live' and on-demand.

Attendees registered per Session

To export the list of attendees for a specific session. Note that this list could also include those who registered for the talk but have not yet secured a ticket and those who may have completed their order to secure a ticket that does not allow access to that talk.

  1. Head to Content > Talks.

  2. Click on the green number next to the talk name.

  3. This will take you to a page that shows the list of the Attendees signed up for that session. Click the Export button on the top right of this page. If you need the data right away, select Download Now. Otherwise, select Create Schedule to plan ahead for your data export.


    If you choose to a create schedule, it will enable you to receive up-to-date data exports on a recurring schedule of your choosing.

  4. Once done, you will see a message on your screen that reads "Success! We'll process your request and send a report to your email."

  5. Check the inbox of your Event Organiser email address and click on the link. (see image below) You'll be able to download a CSV file with the data for that session's Attendees.

Attendees for your event

To export the list of all Attendees who registered for your event and answered your registration fields. Note, this will include people that have not fully completed registration too.

  1. Navigate to your Event Organiser account.

  2. Click on Reporting> Attendees.

  3. Here you'll find all the information gathered from your attendees from the registration fields at checkout.

  4. To export this data, click on the Export button.

  5. You will see a message on your screen that your report is on its way to your inbox.

6. To download your report, click on the link sent to your email.

Talk Submissions

To export the information from your submissions:

  1. Head to Content > Talk Submissions.

  2. Click on Export.

  3. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  4. You will see a message to check your email.

  5. To access your information, click on the link in the email received.

Ticket sales

To export the full list of your ticket sales.

  1. Heat to Revenue > Ticket Sales.

  2. Click on the Export button.

  3. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  4. You will receive an email from HeySummit with a link to download your data.

Sales per ticket

To export the list of ticket sales for a specific ticket.

  1. Head to Revenue > Tickets.

  2. Click on the green number before the ticket name.

  3. On the next page, to export this data click on the Export button.

  4. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  5. You will see a message on your screen that your report is on its way to your inbox.

Affiliates

To export the list of your registered Affiliates.

  1. Head to Revenue > Affiliates.

  2. Click View under Registered Affiliates.

  3. Click on Export

  4. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  5. You will see the message prompting you to check your email.

  6. Click the link inside the email.

Payments to Affiliates

To export your Affiliate payment records.

  1. Head to Revenue > Affiliate Payouts.

  2. Click on Export.

  3. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  4. You will receive an email from HeySummit with a link to download your information.

Giveaway Winners

To export the list of winners for your Giveaways.

  1. Head to Reporting > Giveaway Winners.

  2. Click on the Export button.

  3. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  4. You will receive the link to your email to download this information.

Email LogsTo export the list of your email logs for the past 14 days.

  1. Head to Reporting > Email Logs.

  2. Click on the Export button.

  3. Choose to Download Now or create a schedule.

  4. You will receive the link to your email to download this information.
