Here's an overview when navigating your way around the event dashboard.

Log into your event and head to the Dashboard tab on the left to find out your latest stats.

When you first create your event, placeholder information will appear here. Once you add your first Speaker, the demo content will disappear, and your stats will be at zero.

Registrations

You can find out more information regarding the registration status by clicking on Reporting.

Attendees: The number of users that completed an order.

Social shares: How many people clicked on a social share button on your event site after registering? This can be found on the main dashboard. Note that only one click will be logged for each attendee. This doesn't track who posted the social share, but who clicked the button with the intent to do so. The list of who specifically clicked isn't currently available for Event Organisers.

Viral clicks: how many people clicked on your viral incentive after registering for your event. Note that only one viral click will be logged for each attendee. Note that only one click will be logged for each attendee. This doesn't track who completed the viral incentive, but who clicked the button with the intent to do so. The list of who specifically clicked isn't currently available for Event Organisers.

Talks per attendee: the average amount of talks that attendees have added to their personal schedules.

Daily stats

Daily attendee signups: A graph showing how many people started registration for your event and entered their email addresses each day. You can hover over the line on the graph to see the day and number of signups for each point.

Daily attendee social shares: A graph showing how many people clicked on any one of the social share buttons on your event site each day. This is the number of people who clicked, not how many times they clicked.
โ€‹
โ€‹Unique Visitors: This is your visitor traffic. A visitor is a unique person who is visiting your event website. Whether they later on become a registered attendee or not, is not factored in this number.

Referral stats

These show how many people have started registration with a link containing UTMs (Urchin Tracking Modules) you have set up, which are tags in URLs used to help track traffic to a web page. Check out this help doc on the UTMs you can use.

Referrers: A pie chart showing the UTM values used for 'ref,' e.g. 'Kate,' and how many times it was used.

Referring domains: A pie chart showing the value for 'http_referer,' e.g. 'facebook.com,' and how many times it was used. This is automatically pulled when someone clicks the link to an event from another site.

UTM sources: A pie chart showing the value used for 'utm_source,' e.g., 'Facebook,' and how many times it was used.

UTM campaigns: A pie chart showing the value used for 'utm_campaign,' e.g. 'facebook_campaign1', and how many times it was used.

Email unsubscribes

These are the stats for your attendees' and speakers' event email subscription status. Check out our help doc to see who unsubscribed to emails and how attendees can be re-subscribed.

1hr reminders: how many users totals have unsubscribed from the email reminders sent 1 hour before each session starts? This is the email with the subject line: "We're starting in under an hour!".

10min reminders: how many users totals have unsubscribed from the email reminders sent 10 minutes before each session starts? This is the email with the subject line: "We're starting now!".

Event info: how many users totals have unsubscribed from emails with event info, i.e., 'Don't forget your ticket!', 'You're in,' 'Here's your schedule,' 'See you soon!', 'Your daily digest,' 'Event wrap-up,' 'Talk canceled,' 'A new talk has been added!', 'Your replay links and exclusive offers,' 'You've won!'.

Offers: how many users totals have unsubscribed from emails about HeySummit offers.
