Exporting a list of scheduled sessions

Export your event talks now or schedule recurring CSV exports, and understand the fields included.

Written by Benjamin Dell

Use the sessions export when you need a CSV of the sessions scheduled for your event, including timing, presenters, categories, registration counts, and setup details.

Export your sessions

  1. Open your event dashboard and go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.

  2. Select Export at the top of the session list.

  3. Choose Download Now for a one-off file, or choose Create Schedule if you want HeySummit to send the export on a recurring schedule.

  4. Confirm the export request.

  5. Open the email sent to your HeySummit login address and use the download link when the file is ready.

What the sessions export includes

The sessions export includes details such as title, presenter names, presenter email addresses, categories, date, start time, end time, duration, overall setup status, webinar join URLs and prerecorded, livestream or replay video identifiers, registration counts, and VIP or featured status where those fields apply. Presenter email addresses appear alongside presenter names, so you can prepare presenter communications, production sheets, or promotional materials without merging a separate presenter spreadsheet.

Export presenters with linked sessions

If you need the reverse view, go to Content & Schedule > Presenters and export the presenter list. Presenter exports include each presenter's linked session titles, which can help when coordinating presenter logistics outside HeySummit.

Replay details

The sessions export includes replay setup details when a replay is configured. To check a session's replay, open Actions > Manage Session > Replay. On-demand events use Broadcast for playback settings. A pre-recorded session can reuse its broadcast video for the replay when replay access is enabled; the exported replay-video field can therefore be blank even when an inherited replay is available.
