If a presenter headshot looks stretched, cropped unexpectedly, or does not display as intended, replace it with a square image. HeySummit recommends a 500 × 500 pixel headshot so it displays consistently across presenter lists, session pages, and profile cards.
Update a headshot as an event organiser
Go to Content & Schedule > Presenters.
Open the presenter's row actions and select Manage Presenter.
Open the Media step.
Under Headshot, select Change and upload the replacement.
Select Save and Close.
Update a headshot from the Speaker Dashboard
If the organiser lets speakers update their own profile, open the Speaker Dashboard and select Review and update beside your speaker details. Open Media, replace the headshot, and save your changes.
If that option is unavailable, ask the event organiser to update the headshot or enable speaker profile editing in Speaker Settings.
