If a speaker headshot looks stretched, cropped unexpectedly, or does not show as intended, replace it with a square image. HeySummit recommends a 500 x 500 pixel headshot so it displays consistently across speaker lists, talk pages, and profile cards.
Update a headshot as an event organiser
Go to Content > Speakers.
Open the speaker's action menu and select Manage Speaker.
Open the Media step, then upload or replace the Headshot.
Complete the remaining steps and save the speaker.
Update a headshot from the Speaker Dashboard
If the organiser lets speakers update their own profile, open the Speaker Dashboard and select Review and update beside your speaker details. Open the Media step, replace the headshot, and save your changes.
If that option is not available, ask the event organiser to update the headshot or enable speaker profile editing in Speaker Settings.
